Does America have the right to enforce immigration laws?

Laws that people do not agree with need to be changed not ignored. If we make the argument that everybody has the right to ignore our immigration laws we have to ask what other laws will they ignore by choice. Your first attempt at being an American citizen who should not be breaking US laws. A country Without Borders is no country at all. If we start putting a need Over Law then nothing would be illegal because the person could argue that they needed the item that they stole.
