Stop the abuse of civil rights and abuse by county official s

To whom and all it concerns:
          We are writing you to let any and all of the proper people Know of what has happened to our family in Del Norte County, and this has Happened to many of the other Families who have come in contact with the Department of Health and Social Service Child Welfare. Please Read carefully ........
     On many occasions has the department violated the constitutional/civil right of ourselves and our 4 Children whose ages are 10,10,6,&4 years old...

                 On June 6, 2016, about 4:00 pm C. N & K.S from child welfare Came to our home on a complaint of too much traffics.Then they asked us to drug test .in this is a violation of our 4th Amendment right Unreasonable search &seizures  .they had assumed that there were drugs involved in my home ...They accused my babysitter of being under the influence of alcohol when he had just got back with the kids.On the 7th we had tested this made us late picking up our child from school.
On August 8, 2016, we had to test again and this time we had to take our 3yr son to get his first drug test, which the department told us that his test came back positive for the amount of 30406 PG(picogram)of  methanphimne, wich is equivalent to 11lb

 period of about 2months, we had nothing but harassing visits with them they had labeled us as "drug user and "drug dealers' because of 1 dirty test. to the extream of them calling us on our vacation that they gave us permission to go on, we had gotten a call from MrsC.N say "you need to get back to crescent city NOW because we filed paperwork with the court to remove your children from your care, Because you can't keep them safe.
On August 18, 2016, there was a hearing that was carried over until the 23rd.
On August 23, 2016, the court Judge  "ADOPTS" the department decision to remove our children from their home, and place them in a foster home  .8th Amendment Prohibits cruel and Unusual punishment, it's not right for children to be taken from the place they only know on false accusations we have never been convicted or had any past dealing with drugs on our records.It's not right for the department to make the parents tell their children that they don't get to come home with them, This is how the violation had occurred. We had to take our kids to the building of the department of health and human service @ 880 norhtcresct dr, in crescent city listen to our kids cry and scream for us as they drove off with a complete stranger. 
The department had caged our family of 6 like a bunch of "rabid animals" placed us in a room about the size of 8x10 sqft with no elbow room and there we sat for about 1-2 month.
The 6th amendment, The right to confront Accusers..was also voted threw out the jurisdiction hearing which was on September 9, 2016. The child welfare had listed all these people how had complaints against us and they had none of them there to defend themselves of telling us what their concern was. We did not get the right to tell them how we felt, nor did the child welfare even call any of theses people, these are all people who didn't like us to start with!!!!
 On November 28,30,2016 & December 1, 2016, The 1st amendment the Freedom Of Speech.    When Dad )asked our 10yr son "when this case is done where do you want to be?"Our 10 yr old son shuts down like any other child who doesn't want to answer a question, the department wants to come hover over our family and interfere with the visit and stopping the parents to enjoy the time we get ...
          Dad had gotten upset with the department and the voice level had changed to elevated and language changed there was cursing because the atmosphere had changed to the point that dad () was asked to vacate the visit and our 10 yr old was a loud to leave as well When it is court-ordered family reunification ...Mom sat there with the 3 other kids who were crying in fear that the visit was gonna get cut short. Mom tried to calm them down as quickly and peaceful as she could, this is not right again the family was feeling that there was no hope .....                On January 4, 2017, dad again was made to leave and this time the cops were called and all because staff doesn't want to do their jobs right Supervisors R. J and all the vision aids said that dad was stocking his family when in fact  he was trying to cross the street and obey the  traffic laws ...,.
      This court and the department of health and human service child welfare had let this case be built on false accusations and a poorly done investigation ... Our family is still in the clenches of the department of child welfare.Now they have lied to us and gave us false hopes to getting our visits moved to our home it was after we found out that they didn't  follow the DUE PROCESS  of their paperwork from the begin they have put our kids under so much stress that PTSD is possibly affecting. Our Parental rights were taken from us before it was done legally all because we know what had gone on in our home and that they abuse the power that they do have it's not ok...
      We strongly believe that the department of health and human service child welfare need to be investigated and every case is done right, probably the cases that are closed and allow the people of DEL NORTE county see that it is still good in this country....
