Creating technicalities to have lower bids tossed 2. Commissioners openly admit to accepting gifts and exceed stated guidelines, Not reporting those gifts. Not recusing themselves when voting to accept contract work from the same vendors who gave the gifts.3. Tax commission's office has no accountability 23 of the 25 staff members have either been fired or quit in the last four years. Many whistle blowers have stated not all revenues are accounted for.3. Fire department not following procedures with promoting. Hiring personnel at a salary higher than posted Salary. How are you personnel they're not qualified for the position.4. City has been forced to read pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to HUD for projects that were never completed. There has been no recourse . The nonprofits have not been forced to repay the money back to the city.5. Started a project(Hyde Park) relocating for black families, the city does not have the money to finish the relocation project. The project is to build detention pond. The city move forward with no approval from the corp of engineers , no permitting no environmental impact study.
