Expunge criminal records for non-violent drug offenses after 5 years.

  Numerous non-violent felons can not find work because of a criminal record. This has caused unusally high unemployment across the state, along with felons not being able to support their children. In order to move Mississippi forward, we must allow former drug offenders a chance at a future.
