Next Tuesday in Wichita, Kansas, chef Jason Febres is cooking bits and pieces of African lion and other exotic animals from around the world usually spared from North American dinner plates.
The African lion is in serious decline, and the population is approaching critical. Yet, for $160 at a Kansas restaurant, the chef calls it "the Ultimate Dining Experience event of the year."
