Prosecute and fire the deputy who shot and killed Ziggy

Too many innocent family  pets have been killed by trigger happy cops.  We need to send the message that it will not be tolerated and those involved will be prosecuted.  Police went to the wrong address and when Ziggy went outside to check things out he was shot three times.  Police told owner Jeff you can get a new dog.  Ziggy was not aggressive.

              1. All law enforcement personnel needs  to be educated on how to recognize aggressive and non aggressive animals and how to deal with them.  Deadly force  should only be used if the officer's life is in danger.    You need to send a message that your department will not tolerate the unnecessary use of a firearm by your officers. All dogs will growl and bark when you  enter onto their property, this does not mean that they are aggressive. We want the officer who shot Ziggy prosecuted and banned from carrying any kind of firearm in the future before he kills another innocent animal or person.
