Despite the opinion of FDA and the scientific opinion of EFSA (please see paragraph 3.3. "Contribution to the maintenance or achievement of a normal body weight ID 2031, 4326" in http://www.efsa.europa.eu/it/search/doc/2057.pdf ), each potential customer in the world, especially if overweight, is obsessed and deluded by the health claims from thousands of false hopes vendors:
- protection of DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative damage,
- maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations,
- contribution to the maintenance or achievement of a normal body weight,
- blood vessel and blood pressure reduction,
- and so on in hundreds of labels, advert. and websites in all languages.

With this petition we can stop these false hopes to defenseless people as no expert in science inviting all the internationl Authorities to prosecute in each country with high penalties this bad media phenomenon. I'm passionate because for example we have never demanded absurd claims with patent Fitnesscoffee despite it contains 16 medicinal herbs.
