Allow 3 year old's to attend preschool!

There was a meeting held to discuss what age students would be accepted into the new preschool here in Green Turtle Cay! We came to an agreement that the students had to be atleast 3 years of age and potty trained. Some parents have already paid school fee's and bought uniforms and two weeks before school os about to open Dr. Lenora Black sends an email stating that they will only be accepting 4 year olds into preschool!
