Keep Cabot Parsons, for Creativity Sake

Cabot Parsons is an instructor and more importantly a role model here at SUNY Orange. The man emits creativity and passion, encouraging students to be true to themselves. He is very heavily involved in the SUNY Orange theatrical productions and has invested many years to help those interested in any aspect of theatrical production, especially actors, grow. He is currently the instructor for Acting 2 and Theatre Workshop. Without these courses, students involved in theatre would find it very difficult to pursue their dreams elsewhere after graduating from SUNY Orange. Countless students have advanced in the theatrical arts after taking Cabot's courses.
Unfortunately, Cabot Parsons is at risk of not being able to return after this semester (Fall 2015) simply because the "higher ups" feel that "there is no place for him" at SUNY Orange. Without Cabot Parsons, the Theatre Department would suffer greatly, as well as students aspiring to be actors. Nobody in the world has the amount of passion for the theatre and everyone involved. This would make finding a replacement impossible, resulting in the cancellation of his courses. He is very reputable at acting programs in other colleges and universities. Students interested in acting come to SUNY Orange to learn from Parsons in order to get into more advanced programs and fulfill their dreams. Please help us keep Cabot Parsons around as long as possible.
