Promotion of The Arts and Languages at A-Level.

Due to the lack of funding that schools are given, subjects such as the Arts and Languages are now having to be taken off of the A-Level prospectus. We need to encourage the promotion of these subjects, rather than the discouragment in order to ensure the survival of these subjects at a high level.
Why when a subject is considered compulsory for GCSE, should the option of taking it as an A-Level be taken away?
Children are being forced to move, schools are forced to work together in order to run one class, when each school should be given the economic freedom to run subjects that students are passionate about.
