It is time that Corporations operating in our state be held accountable for not treating the employees of this great state fairly, along with respect and dignity
At Will does not give any employer the right to create a workplace environment filled with fear, intimidation, and integrity \character assasination in order to remove any employee from their payroll.
Let it be known, I am not advocating that the At Will system be done away with completely...But companies need to be held accountable for the way they are treating the people that make them the money...How is that we continue to reward and keep the employees that are hurting our businesses, and get rid of the employees that care under false pretense.
The good old boy \ carpetbagging, hypocritical system is holding this state back from achieving the growth potential that it portrays. When we can begin to work together in this area, and create the environment that will produce revenue for all.

If we adopt the following :
Vision - that includes everyone, Skills - that are real and of the highest standards, Incentives - that reward the employees that really make it happen, Resources - that are never compromised to feed the salaries of executives, and an Action Plan - that fulfills all of the above..We can then begin to see the positive change that will make North Carolina Great.
