Naming Bridge over Spring Pond to Vasilios Bridge

Hi, My name is Alec Hubbard and my cousin William Tsonis recently passed away due to drowning in Spring Pond. As a memorial many people have been writing on the bridge that passes over the pond to the cemetery as well as placing crosses and flowers to remember him by. He was a very bright young man who would go out of his way for anyone to help them in their time of need. So, my family asks if there is anyway that the city of Peabody could name that very bridge "Vasilios Bridge" after him, as it was his Greek name, to remember him by. My Uncle (William's Father) walks that path everyday with his dog, and I feel it would be a huge gift to give him in memory of his son. Thank you.
