McDonald's Restaurants have funded the Ronald McDonald House's for 30 years however, most families are not aware of the benefits of the House's. The Ronald McDonald Houses were built on the principle that families have to travel hundreds of miles to speicalized hospitals in order to access treatment for serious illnesses or injuries in children. The Houses were built so families can stay close to their children and not have to worry about where they are going to sleep or what they are going to eat.
The problem I noticed as a McDonald's employee is that the Ronald McDonald House Charity logo is not easy to see and does not raise interest in the families of McDonald's customers. I want to petition to the McDonald's corporation to move the Ronald McDOnald House Charity logo to the front of the employee shirt and to make it larger for customers to see.
