The life of the whole population of Myanmar totally relies on the peace and tranquillity of the land. Then the manoeuvre of the Armed Forces which possesses enormous weapon power plays the critical role to secure the livelihood, health, education and economy of the entire Myanmar population in safety.

ျမန္မာျပည္သူလူထုတရပ္လံုး၏ ဘဝသည္ ႏိုင္ငံၿငိမ္းမ်မ္းမႈအေပၚ မ်ားစြာမူတည္ေနပါသည္။ စားဝတ္ေနေရးႏွင့္ ပညာေရး အပါအဝင္ ျပည္သူတရပ္လံုး၏ ဘဝေအးခ်မ္းလံုႄခံႈမႈႏွင့္ တိုးတက္မႈအေပါင္းသည္ ျပည္တြင္းၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအေပၚတြင္သာ အမ်ားဆံုးမူတည္ေနသည္ျဖစ္၍ အဓိကလက္နက္အင္အားႀကီး စစ္တပ္ျဖစ္ေသာ ျမန္မာ့တပ္မေတာ္၏ လုပ္ရပ္မ်ားက အခ်က္အျခာက်ပါသည္။

All the ethnic revolutionary forces in the whole country now a days demand only peaceful co-existence without discrimination. They have already put aside their old demand on secession out of their objectives since 30 years ago.

ျမန္မာျပည္အရပ္ရပ္႐ွိ တိုင္းရင္းသားလက္နက္ကိုင္အင္အားစုမ်ားသည္ ေခတ္ကာလအေလ်ာက္ေျပာင္းလဲလာၿပီးျဖစ္သျဖင့္ ယခင္ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၆ဝ ခန္႔ကာလကဲ့သို႔ လံုးဝခြဲထြက္ေရးအတြက္ ေတာင္းဆိုေနျခင္းမ်ဳိးမဟုတ္ေတာ့ဘဲ လူလူခ်င္း ခြဲျခားဆက္ဆံမခံရေသာ အေနအထားအျဖစ္ တန္းတူရည္တူ ခ်င္ခင္စြာလက္တြဲေနထိုင္ေရးကိုသာ ေတာင္းဆိုေနၾကၿပီျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Looking up on the ongoing peace talks in the recent past, there is no doubt that the Army owns more than enough fire power to defeat all the rebels. So, it is not necessary to require the ethnic armed forces to lay down their weapons as they can be defeated anytime. The rebels have no intention to make war and they are still holding their weapons just to defend themselves in case the peace talks end without any positive outcome.

မၿပီးသတ္ေသးေသာ ေဆြးေႏြးပြဲမ်ားကို ျပန္လည္သံုးသပ္လွ်င္ တပ္မေတာ္သည္ ႏိုင္ငံ၏အႀကီးဆံုးလက္နက္အင္အားကို ကိုင္ေဆာင္ထားႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ေနသည့္အတြက္ မည္သည့္ လက္နက္ကိုင္အင္အားကိုမဆို ႃဖိႈခြင္းႏိုင္သည့္ အင္အားႏွင့္ ျပည့္စံုပါသည္။ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးအတြက္ ေဆြးေႏြးရာတြင္ အင္အားအႀကီးဆံုးတပ္မေတာ္အေနႏွင့္ မည္သူ႔ကိုမွ် ေၾကာက္ရန္မလိုသည့္အေလ်ာက္ မည္သည့္လက္နက္ကိုင္ေတာ္လွန္ေရးအဖြဲ႔ကိုမွ် လက္နက္ခ်ခိုင္းရန္မလိုပါ။

In concern with the domination over all the territories, the areas under ethnical dominance should not be raided during the peace talks. Such attempts create more and more conflicts. When the peaceful co-existence finally is achieved, the Army may control and dominate each and every inch of the whole country as needed. Invading the ethnic-controlled areas may develop frustrations and battles.

နယ္ေျမစိုးမိုးမႈႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ တပ္မေတာ္အေနႏွင့္ အစိုးရဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္အေလ်ာက္ ႏိုင္ငံကို တလက္မမွ်မက်န္စိုးမိုးခြင့္႐ွိသည္ဟူေသာ သေဘာထားမ်ဳိးႏွင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား၏ စစ္ေရးလံုႃခံႈမႈအတြက္ မဝင္သင့္ေသာေနရာမ်ားကို ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကာလတေလွ်ာက္တြင္ ဝင္ေရာက္စီးနင္းျခင္းမႄပႈသင့္ပါ။ ဤသည္က စစ္ပြဲမ်ားကို ထပ္မံျဖစ္ပြားေစျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဤသို႔ နယ္ေျမစိုးမိုးေရးကို မလုပ္သည့္တိုင္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးရသြားေသာကာလတြင္ အကန္႔အသတ္မ႐ွနိ ဝင္ထြက္သြားလာခြင့္ရၿပီး တႏိုင္ငံလံုးကို လံုႃခံႈေအာင္ထိန္းသိမ္းကာကြယ္ေစာင့္႐ွာက္ႏိုင္မည္သာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ထိုေၾကာင့္ အျမင္မေစာင္းသင့္သည္မ်ားကို မေစာင္းေစရန္ နယ္ေျမထိုးေဖာက္မႈမ်ားကို ရပ္ဆိုင္းပါ။

Currently, it is just the Army who makes assaults on the rebels resulting casualties on both sides. The people really believe that peace surely may be achieved as soon as the Army fairly take part in peace negotiations.

လက္႐ွိျဖစ္ေပၚေနေသာ တိုက္ပြဲမ်ားသည္ တပ္မေတာ္၏ထိုးစစ္မ်ားေၾကာင့္သာ ျဖစ္ပြားေနရၿပီး မလိုအပ္ေသာ ထိခိုက္ေသေၾကမႈမ်ား ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဘက္ခံစားေနရျခင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။ တပ္မေတာ္ကသာ ထိုးေဖာက္စစ္ဆင္မႈမ်ားမလုပ္ဘဲ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးေဆြးေႏြးပြဲကို မွ်တစြာဝင္ေရာက္ေဆြးေႏြးအေျဖ႐ွာပါက မလြဲမေသြ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးရမည္ဟု တႏိုင္ငံလံုးက ခံယူနားလည္ထားပါသည္။

Because of the war, almost millions of ethnic people have lost their peacefulness, health and education, and the supporting organizations cannot effectively help the refugees.

တိုက္ပြဲမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ကိုယ္ေရာစိတ္ပါ မၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းဘဲ က်န္းမာေရး ႏွင့္ ပညာေရးမ်ား ပ်က္သုဥ္းသည္အထိ ခံစားေနရေသာ တိုင္းရင္းသားေပါင္း သန္းခ်ီ၍႐ွိေနၿပီး သူတို႔ကို ေဖးမကူညီႏိုင္မည့္အခြင့္အေရးလည္း ေကာင္းစြာမရၾကပါ။

However the armed conflicts may be going on, the life of innocent people should not be spoiled anyway.

စစ္ေရးအရ မည္သည့္အေျခအေနမ်ဳိးတြင္ေရာက္ေစကာမူ အျပစ္မဲ့ျပည္သူအေပါင္း၏ ဘဝကိုထိခိုက္နစ္နာေစသည့္အျဖစ္မ်ဳိး လံုးဝမျဖစ္ေစသင့္ပါ။

There are much more consequences people have to suffer. To quit these troubles forever, the only solution is that the Army do not require one-sided terms and conditions to their favour and by cessation of attacks on ethnic rebels. There is only the Army who has not stopped the battling.

ဤသည္တို႔အျပင္အျခား အခက္အခဲေပါင္းမ်ားစြာကိုလည္း ျပည္သူမ်ားခံစားေနရျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ဒုကၡအေပါင္းခ်ဳပ္ၿငိမ္းရန္အေျဖမွာ တပ္မေတာ္က တဘက္သတ္အသာစီးယူရန္ ႄကိႈးပမ္းသည့္ ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ားကို မႁပႈလုပ္ေတာ့ဘဲ လက္ေတြ႔ပိုင္းတြင္ ထိုးစစ္မဆင္ဘဲေနျခင္းအားျဖင့္ ျပည္ေထာင္စုတခုလံုးၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေအာင္ စြမ္းေဆာင္ေပးႏိုင္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဤသို႔ လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ က်န္ေနသည္မွာ တပ္မေတာ္တခုတည္းသာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Therefore we peace-loving citizens and global people’s demand is that the Army of Myanmar immediately stops attacking on all ethnic groups and co-operate to achieve peace agreement with righteousness.

သို႔ျဖစ္ပါ၍ စစ္ပြဲမ်ားကိုခ်က္ခ်င္းရပ္ၿပီး သေဘာထားမွ်တစြာျဖင့္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးကို အရယူပါရန္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးလိုလားေသာ ႏိုင္ငံသား/ျပည္ေထာင္စုသားတေယာက္အေနႏွင့္ ေလးနက္စြာေတာင္းဆိုပါသည္။
