United Nations must safeguard minimum common civil laws to save the planet

Dear friends, 
We are living very precariously on this planet. If there is a full scale nuclear war, not even fungus can grow on our beloved, beautiful earth for generations. We should become very proactive and not wait until it is too late. 
After exploring deeper reasons for the extremist Islamic terrorism and the possibility of suicide bombers with nuclear weapons, we have come to the conclusion that some minimum uniform civil laws are urgently needed to save this planet.

We are petitioning the United Nations to aggressively enact the following laws and practices:

Note: If you read all of the petition, it will be obvious that its purpose is to bring justice, equality, peace and happiness to all and improve on old customs and habits that are causing infinite harm, animosity and grief in the present world.  

It is not our intention to hurt the religious sentiments of any one, our profound and unreserved apology to any one who may take it otherwise.

1) Abolish Polygamy across the globe:

For example, Muslims can have 4 wives. Besides being gross violation of the most fundamental Women’s rights, this is also, looking from other people's view, soft terrorism, bloodless ethnic cleansing. Here is its net effect in reducing other people over time. Number of men and women in nature is approximately equal. An Islamic man can have extra wives mostly one of two ways. One he marries other denomination girls, the children adopt Islam as man is usually dominant. On the other hand, even If he marries four girls of his own religion, it creates an artificial shortage of Islamic women, three Muslim men have to find other denomination wives and the result is the same, reduction in the number of other people. This gives the extremists among them big incentive to create bloody civil wars, in an otherwise peaceful situation, to create separate Islamic states.

2) Abolish the practice of creating religion based states and derecognize states practicing religious apartheid:

For example, almost always, whenever Muslims are a majority in any area, without any consideration or the slightest conscience for the sentiments of others, they declare it as an Islamic State. By now, we have more than 55 such countries. It automatically plunges other people living there into a deep depression with no possibility of getting any significant roles and immediately noose tightened around them with very discriminatory laws and practices. With polygamy and bad treatment, these people, effectively, disappear with time. Turning your own citizens who have many times lived in the country for centuries into 2nd or 3rd class citizens is against all humanity and all principles of UN charter.

3) Monitor aggressively and make sure that the non Islamic people in Islamic countries are treated fairly and according to UN conventions:

If you examine records of any of these Islamic countries, they treat their minorities horribly. For example, there is a law in Malaysia that when 2 people marry and one of them is a non Muslim, he/she must convert to Islam. In Pakistan, Hindu girls are routinely abducted and forcibly married to Islamic people. These are just small tips of the iceberg.

4) Make sure that the Islamic people everywhere are treated fairly and with respect:

Of course, it goes both ways and we have to make sure that Muslims everywhere are treated equally, fairly and with respect. We have to examine all of their grievances carefully and make sure that these are dealt with expeditiously, fairly and in accordance with the UN charter.
