2 Boney horses need help!!!!

(The picture above shows the horses' ribs)I've moved into the house for a couple months now and I just noticed that the horses are sooo skinny. My and my sister have been feeding them carrots for a couple weeks now but it's not even 1/5 of a meal for them. Their "area" has poop everywhere and children toys scattered everywhere. The horses are dirty and has red and yellowish eyes. Even from afar you can see both of the horses rib cages.

When feeding the 2 horses they fight for the food, kicking and hurting eachother. It's so sad to see the horses in this life style and I encourage you to sign this.

Help the horses out of their misery and into a better home with a decent food count and better living conditions without poop and children toys.
