Restrict Gwynn Lane road access only to individuals, family members and guests who live on this road

Posted speed limit on Gwynn Lane, a one lane, country road, is 30 miles per hour.  With the development of Country Estates and Autumn Woods, located off of Double Log Cabin Road, multiple automobiles, SUV's and pick up trucks choose to use Gwynn Lane as a "short cut" and travel at speed limits in excess of 60 miles per hour, especially in the morning hours between 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. and evening hours between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Gwynn Lane is a one lane country road with limited site visability and several blind driveways.  The excessive traffic and speeding from drivers who do not live on this road create a hazard for residents who live on Gwynn Lane, including pedestrians and children.  Restricting access to local residents only will protect families who live on Gwynn Lane.
