shut down Jackson Rabies Control Jackson, Tennessee

The poor homeless puppies and adult dogs that end up in this place are subjected to beatings, kicking, horibly abusive treatment  and neglect.  Witnesses have reported, dogs being tortured, subjected to spraying with high pressure hoses, knocking off of their feet.  These dogs have no bedding and sleep on filthy, freezi g concrete.  Their horror ends when, without any anesthesia, their pitiful lives are ended wih a heart stick pole.   This is civilized and humane?   Jackson Rabies Control in Tennessee  MUST be shut down, NOW  and the man responsible locked away.
