Return service dog to sick child

Delilah is a service dog for the family's 6 year old son. She has been trained to detect his seizures. After the family moved to Florida Delilah escaped. The family searched for her, gave out flyers and regularly went to their local shelter to search for her. After months of looking they found a picture of her on a social media page for the Humane Society in Tampa Bay. She was found 45 minutes away from the family's home. When they called the shelter they were told she had been adopted by another family. The new owners have reportedly no intention of returning the dog to the little boy who desperately needs her.
