This is a petition to protect our children from violence by using returning veterens nationally. Funds for this program would be generated by surcharges from gun manufacturing and arms suppliers. More revenue can be obtained through sin taxes of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana and state gambling . We need trained protectors - not police - in every school. If this would not be enough revenue we must cut foreign aid.  We must demand action be taken immediately
