Boycott the Cash App, Get Your Money Back !

I have downloaded the cash app, or square cash, on my iPhone and have been sending money, as well as receiving money from it. Everything was fine until I actually needed help. I was scammed and never received the goods I paid for through the cash app. The man who scammed me blocked me from all social media as well as on the phone. I went through my bank who said I had to go through the cash app and when I contacted the cash app they told me there was nothing they would do to help. They don't have a contact number, only an email address and take days to reply, sometimes they don't ever reply. They wont bother helping you at all with any disputes you have. This app needs to be taken down and deleted. They need to get it together and create a better support system for customers as well as a way to get your money back if you are cheated, scammed or have gotten falsely charged. I'm hoping this petition gets recognized and signed so hopefully they will change this. I have never had this problem with pay pal, google wallet, or any other money exchange app. This needs to be fixed.
