BASKET AND ELEVATOR TOSSES SHOULD BE LEGAL IN KSHSAA CHEER

If in certain states like Nebraska when basket and elevator tosses are legal, why can it not be legal in Kansas? It is holding back our cheerleading potential. When someone says it is dangerous, has anyone forgotten that anything in cheer can be dangerous? This law is holding us back from our greatest potential and limiting our verizon of cheerleading skills.
