A END INVASION OF Privacy using satellites AND HUMAN TESTING WITHOUT A PERSON CONSENT

It came to my attention that our government is using new technology to test on humans using satellite surveillance without there consent and invading on other residents privacy in there homes ...they test all kinds of torture brainwashing back washing physical and emotional harm ..to woman and children the FBI was contacted to help our county on the war on drugs but instead the FBI handed over the case to to a experimental program involving the millatary..
