Stop Draning the Kissimmee River Chain of Lakes

Location: Lake Wales, FL

The Corp of Engineers, are constantly opening the gates at the Dams and draining the water way to much. This is ruining the fishing on these Lakes, and getting to the point that you can't even launch a boat. This has to STOP.
