Senator John Walsh needs to be put back into the Army National Guard and Court-Martialed!

Army National Guard Lt General John Walsh was appointed as the Adjutant General over Montana's National Guard forces because he had a supposedly strong record as an officer.  However, cheating through plagiarization is illegal under the Uniform Code of Military Justice and should have been dealt with before he was selected to be adjutant general, then a Lt Gov candidate and then as replacement senator by appointment of his then-boss Governor Bullock.  By the way, the reason he gave for plagiarizing?? P T S D!! Wow. If he's that screwed up that he had no discernment for right or wrong then, what will he do in Washington? Anyone else would have been brought up on charges. Why hasn't he been?

Again, we are left to dig the skeleton's out of the closets of our supposed lawmakers.

Senator John Walsh violated the UCMJ when he plagiarized the documents that earned him a master's degree while in the US Army.  It helped him get promoted to other positions, eventually resulting in his appointment as US Senator.

We need to make he accountable for the deception he committed while in uniform and show that Montana requires its delegates to be honest and true.

Finally, we need to tell all officers in the military that they selected that life, and they promised to be the leaders we could be proud of while serving.  This has to end NOW.

Unlawful actions taken as a military member should be punished while the member is back in service and under the UCMJ.  Please sign this petition and tell the Army Guard Chief of Staff and JAG this same thing.
