Demand family courts to stop Aiding in Parental Alienation

I am grateful of the new Bill for the joint custody. i would like to share my story with you . in may of 2014 my husband was arrested for Assult on me. in June of 2014 m y husband was out of state and a no contact order was put in place. the evening my husband was arrested his dad warned me that i should have never called the cops and my life is about to be over as i knew it . in june 2014, i had a weekely routine of fetching my friends dogs that i sat while he was on the road driving semi. my husband knew of this. my husband and his family are very well connected with the County of Ottawa. my father in law worked for the fire department for years and had friends on the police department. not to mention the huge family business Sawyer Nursery that made them a force to be recond with in the county . anyways. durring the 20 minutes i was 2 blocks away, my daughters boyfrind says that the cops are at my house and my husbands father had taken my youngest child from her bed and left with her. all the while the police are helping him. my front door was shut. the officers allowed my husbands father in the home and take my child with out CPS being called in( mind you, i did request it) I waz arrested for a small amount of back child support still owed on my other daughter. it was only like $150.so while they are aressting me i am asking where my child is and why are they taking her. i asked to see warrents and told them they had no right to come into my home with out one. they enterd and woke up my 17 year old after they allowed my father in law to take my baby. i was out of jail in 2 hours and payed my debt. mind you my husband is still out of state driving semi. when i was released i called another ottawa county officer to assist me with the return of my child. the officer went to the house of my inlaws and returned with out my child. telling me he would not return her. i was confused. how did he have that right. Michigan law says i have custody if no paperwork has been filed. at this point they had nothing and my ex was still out of state. and a no contact order was in place for assult. next thing i know 4 days later i am being served with an ex parte granted to my husband. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? He was granted an Ex Parte with an Open Assault charge? He was fully charged with that Assault with no special treatment. i didnt have the money for the lawyer like his family did or know the people they do and did. i was at the losing end no matter what i did. i have yet to be proven unfit, i have never had a drug test offered i have not been told or ordered to do any type of classes . durring my divorce i was harassed and bullied by this family. everyone knowing I have Anxiety and PTSD due to abandonment they knew they could push me and push me to a point of breaking. and that is what happend. i had no one , i had nothing i recieved a text that told me my daughter had a new mommy. i was sleeping on my kitchen floor with my dog and knives because i was getting phone calls saying that walls wont keep bullets out. i was being painted as a drunk. even though my thereapist even told the courts i am not an alcholic and i do not have substance issues. i was painted as unstable but yet im not unstable. i was an emotional due to being so harassed and bullied. i was forced to have supervised visits and as i figured no issues. i was given unsupervised visits to have them put back on due to my ex assuming and his lawyer exaggerating circumstances. without any proof. i am going to skip forward because there is so much. i moved to oregon in april of 2016. a past relationship haf cme back into my life. i was offered a new beginning and a chance to grow and fight with more support and someone who is knowledgeable in the courts to help me with my case. the last hearing was on a motion i filed and had a hearing dec 22 2016. i asked for 2 extra phone calls a week with my child and for them to be video calls. the megistrate agreed and my ex objected. his reasoning was he didnt have the time to make for the calls. mind you i have gone 2 years with no calls on holidays and so forth even her birthday even though i ask. he will go to any extent to alienate . so we went to a denovo hearing. i provided all proof that i have followed all and every court request and some. i made sure every ouce of eveidence was provided including doctors notes recommending i do not work due to my social anxiety. the Judge reversed the magistrates decision and told me because i am behind in child support i am not following court orders and i was denied just 2 extra calls a week with my daughter. i am behind in support due to having 2 surgerys this year. i tried to get a part time job but due to my Fibromyalgia and axiety, i was forced to leave. i am not able to go back to work yet. I have a 2nd caseworker in the same court who does aknowledge my doctors orders. same judge for both cases. why is this case diff from my other one? i have filed complaints , grievence and you name it. only to be shot down no matter how much proof or evidence i have. according to michigan state laws, child support and parenting time are 2 differant entities. and can not be held against parenting time. if that is so, why did it happen? in april of this year 2017 i payed some of my back support of $2,168 that is more than half that i owed in back support. they refuse to drop my warrent. teling me that i need to be arrested to have it dropped. but yet i have letters stating i needed to only pay 600 to have it dropped. the courts have been well aware for over a year i live out of state. so if they do not drop my warrent, they will refuse all motions and will not let me speak or gain any information or aknowledge any of my parenting time complaints. the courts are essentialy helping in the alienation of my child. please please help me. . i have much more information that shows how mishandled my case has been. including the 300 dollars i paid for an investigation for an investigation that was never done and extremely incomplete. especially considering the investigator was my husband sisters friend. lots and lots of Nepatizam . my currant hgusband is a Licenced PI and has put this whole thing together and we have presented it to the courts with no response. i guess my buggest question no one will answer is, how was my ex husband granted an exparte with an open assult charge and how was is father allowred to take my child with no warrent or paperwork or cps being called in? You are my hope. my hope that me and my child can be back together again. there are so many parents that are alienated due to the court system and we all pay the price. please forgive my misspelling and punctuation.
