The Ability of Animals to Receive a Driver's License

Animals are people, too. They have cognitive abilities suchlike a human, so they reserve the ability of legally operating a motor vehicle in the United States. With certain training, we could hire animals to work as Taxi cab drivers, bus drivers, ambulance drivers, ect... They could be a real use to society, and considering the fact that they don't have any sense of currency or any kind of financial system, we can just pay them in treats. It's a win-win situation. Please consider taking this petition to congress. It's a serious thought and can really help with our nation's poor economy.
