ETC High Speed Internet for Coosawattee

ETC is planning to bring high speed fiber internet to Coosawattee River Resort. They have given us a form to fill out and a lot of people have said it's difficult to fill into so wanted to try a different approach. This is not guaranteeing anything but maybe if we put a number in front of them they will consider us. The form still needs to be filled out but this is just another thing to show them.
