Demand for Eviction from 12214 Southmeadow & 12418 Grove Meadow, Stafford, Texas 77477

These two Single Family Residential Homes are within 1 block from each other in our neighborhood. The home on 12418 Grove Meadow has been rented by an individual from Naseem Panjwani. The home on 12214 Southmeadow Dr. has been rented from Veronica Navarro Sheives. These two homes are group homes for individuals. The home at 12418 Grove Meadow, houses at least 10 men between the ages of 28 to 40. The home at at 12214 Southmeadow houses at least 10 women. These individuals seem to have mental health conditions. The two houses are connected because a house Manager dressed in scrubs goes from one house to the other daily. A van picks up the women and men in the mornings and then drops them off in the evening. There seems to be a house manager on duty at all times. It has caused an uncomfortable situation for us property owners that we now limit our time outside. Children do not play outside as before and at times, the residents walk up and down the sidewalks. Neighbors that live next door have witnessed these individuals acting strangely and walking in circles. The police and ambulances have been called out numerous times to these homes and it's caused the neighbors fear. This has been a quite neighborhood for many years and until these occupants moved in, it has definitely impacted the concern for safety from all of us. We understand that as a property owners, the Stafford Zoning and Ordinances do not permit this type of group home in the middle of a residential neighborhood. We understand that there is another home in the area that is housing other individuals but are not aware of the address. Therefore, we are pleading to you as property owners to please look into this matter immediately. We hope that property owners are aware that this type of business is not allowed in our residential neighborhood.
