Increasing Higher Salary Wages for Early Childhood Educators

We as Early Childhood Educators are concerned about the salary wages that we get paid. We work in daycares 8 hours 5 days a week, working hard to support and provide guidance for our children. We feel like we are not getting paid enough for the work that we do. We should be paid more than the usual salary wage. With having many people sign our petition i believe that the city will take action and increase the salary wage for early childhood educators
