Stop the crazy motor races in the center of the city!

IT IS UNBELIEVABLE BUT EVERY DAY AND NIGHT WE SEE A CRAZY MOTOR RACES WITH DENGEROUS SPEED OF 160KM TO TAKE PLACE IN THE VERY HEARTH OF OUR CITY OF VARNA. THEY DRIVE NOZILY AND DANGEROUSLY WITHOUT RESPECT OF CITIZENS AND THE POLICE. IT IS A WELL-KNOWN PROBLEM THAT OUT CITY GOVERNMENT CANNOT SOLVE. BUT THIS IS A CONTINUOUS DISTURBANCE OF OUR RIGHTS TO LEAVE IN PEACE AND WITHOUT BEING AFRAID FOR OUR LIVES.
