Sherrif Glanz; An incident occurred on September 24, 2014 in which Major Shannon Clark responded to under your jurisdiction.

New facts have surfaced, as a concerned resident and dog owner on behalf of Katelyn Davis and Justice Metcalfe we are requesting an investigation of this case. According to Ms. Davis her dogs went missing and she posted a notice on Facebook; the dogs could not be found on the morning of September 24, 2014. Katelyn reported received a call/text message from the neighbor residing down the street that her dogs were safe. She went to the mans' residence and upon arrival saw several neighbors/people out in the street telling her to hurry up. She reported she could hear the dogs crying and yelping from out in the street. He locked the dogs in the yard and allegedly tortured them for an unknown period of time. Ms. Davis reports there are several neighbors and the mans 10 year old stepdaughter who witnessed him beating the dogs with a shovel and shooting the black and white husky(Raiden) in the head with a Crossbow; and beating the grey and white husky (Milo) with a shovel and his fists, then shot Milo in the head with a rifle killing her. Raiden required one surgery to remove the embedded arrow through his head and a another surgery to repair the severely fractured right front leg.
