Karis Alison Watt to turn on next year's lights in Markinch

The local village elders are often over looked for such a prestigious event. Karis is the most upstanding person I know in Markinch. She'll make you laugh with a few jokes,sing a few carols with her amazing voice and has even agreed to dress up as Mr hanky the Christmas poo.
