Clean Up and Recycle Now!

The goal is to create a law where it is illegal to not recycle and if you don't recycle you will get a fine. If we are able to create this law are thoughts are that people will distribute there waste the right way. If people decide not to clean up above are some ideas of what you could be fined with and no one wants to do get a big fine. Town/ city cleans ups will be arranged for the people who want to do community service. If humans can distribute waste the right way all life will live in a better sustainable environment.
