Phones out during walking period and lunch

We think we should be able to use our phones when we are not working there for lunch and walking.

Students have nothing to do during lunch and walking besides eat and talk to your friends, but What if one day your friend isn't at school? Then whoare you going to talk to? Nobody. This is why we should be able to go on our phones, also students in other cities, states, and even countries are able to go on there phones during school hours.
