Enable Others to Act as Leaders

In this day and age, individuals seem to rather stand in the back and let work be done for them, than to actually do it themselves. However, there are a slim few that choose to rise above and take the reigns on small or large scale issues. These individuals are leaders, who have chosen to take charge and make things happen within their community. More individuals, especially around the Universty of Indianapolis' campus, need to show more leadership initiatives.
