Breach of Contract (Use of Facility-Basketball Court)

No individual or group should be discriminated against or excluded from a contract between two parties if this is allowed to happen to paying customers what will be next!
Members of the Merritt Athletic Club signed up under a contract to pay a monthly fee and to have access to all the facilities at the Boston St. Location. On September 6th 2016 we were informed we will no longer have access to the Basketball Courts from 4:30pm-7:30pm. Majority of the members on this petition we given a contract in good faith to be a member and have access to each part of the Club. This contract is in violation and we seek the remedy to have our original good faith agreement and contract honored as soon as possible and regain complete access to the basketball courts.
