Free tampons and pads for all women!

Women have a right to free tampons and pads during their menstrual period. Especially for women that are poor, who may not have access to such health necessities. When you step into health clinics or other places that are geared to health or sexual health, there are condoms ripe for the picking, but not a pad or tampon to be seen. There is no reason why women should not have the right to these items which could really help their over all being.
