The Henry Keep Tenant Association want to keep current management as it is. They have an excellent staff that keeps the apartments well maintained. There has been many upgrades such as new walk in shower units, new windows installed, new washer and dryers, tile flooring, sink in the laundry room, new office equipment, and carpeting on main floor and elevator. Plus Henry Keep Apartments is HUD subsidized. If Neighbors of Watertown take over, that will all change. We will lose H.U.D. Our rents will be raised considerably to what they are currently charging at other apartment buildings that they manage at which point we will be forced to get monthly vouchers to make up the difference. Their maintenance crew will be bringing bedbugs from other apartment buildings that they work on. When something needs repair, it may take months before it gets fixed. As far as their security goes we dont need them. They should all be drug tested.
