Short shorts should be allowed, schools would rather you have a heatstroke than wear shorts, shoulders are NOT "distracting", legging that show no camel toe and are not see through should be allowed, instead of teaching children if you dress a certain way its distracting and dangerous teach them its wrong to sexualize others
