Residents of The Villas at Rogers Ranch want Valet Waste Service Removed

The following residents signing this petition want your trash service removed for the following reasons: 
1. Your service does not pick up on the busiest days families are home such as: Fridays and Saturdays
2. Fining busy residents an extra $25 for failure to bring in their dirty trash cans into their apartments before 10 a.m. and requiring them to put out trash after 6 pm, while allowing valet service to have a leisurely window of time to pick up trash places an unfair and unnecessary burden on the resident. 
3. For this type of service, the $25 a month is too high and we’d prefer to take out our own trash or request the previous service of placing our trash outside the curb on certain days. As I recall, there was no charge for that.
