Demand the Norwegian Police to take animal abuse serious!

Too often I read about cats and dogs being victims of violent abuse. That happened to my cats as well, when my neighbor shot them to death. When I reported the crime to the police they did not care, even though the law is very clear it is a crime. If I had performed a small economic crime, I would have been punished serious. Is money really more important than living creatures? I am both confused and frustrated, who are going to punish the animal abusers if the police will not? And aren`t all the Norwegian laws made to be followed up by the police? Can the police choose that crimes against animals is not so important?

I want people to take action to help all the suffering animals that can not speak for themselves, and demand that animal abuse is a crime to be taken seriously!
