Demand Mark Ballew get maximum sentence for the cruel death and neglect of two pit bulls.

Mark Ballew was entrusted to take care of his mothers two dogs while she was hospitalized. Instead he abandoned them in her home without food or water.Ultimately one dog died of starvation.He was charged with two misdemeanors A which carries  one year for each charge
