Remove or relocate computers from the children's area in Belgrave Library.

Opening the book and turning off the screen...just for a while...in a place full of books. Families mostly come along to the library to read and enjoy books with their children. If computer access is required a computer can be booked and used through the library system. Having computers on all the time in the children's section is often distracting for the child and the parent.
