Demand of reparation for the lies of Comcast

    If you are like me trapped in a contact by Comcast based on lies. Then this petition is for you. So after I switched from century link to Comcast. I realized some months later that I had been lied to when I switched. I asked the service rep over the phone specifically about data cap in my area. They proceeded to insure me there was no data cap. Within the next few months I noticed warnings that I was going over my data. They graciously granted me two overages free of charge. When I contacted them about the issue the response was let us help you. Of course that help came in the form of an up charge. So after they lied to me about data cap they said I am going over my limit. So I posted on Facebook and they said let us help you. I took screen shots of the help they provided. And it was, sorry we lied but pay more and you will be fine. Please help me understand how up selling me is helping me? I am having a hard time understanding how I can get lied to about no data cap, then be told that paying more on my end is helping me? Where is the help in that? I think it is time they either pay us back for all the money we had to spend and give us back our free unlimited data like they sold us on.
