Democrat accountability petition

My issue is the use of federal tax revenue, to reimburse any state for the actions of democrat terrorist activities. This is to prevent the use of American tax dollars, to reimburse cities for the cost incurred by the violent actions of the democrat terrorist in the wake of President Trump's election. And to instead force the DNC to accept responsibility for the actions of their group. My goal is to force NY and other states to pay for their cost, since they allowed these actions to continue. My connection is that I am a tax payer, and it will be my money among other peaceful Americans who will be paying this bill.
