Reject proposed development of 14 on Oak Lane L12

Can I urge everyone especially in Croxteth/West Derby Liverpool to object to the proposed development of 14 semi detached houses, car park for 21 cars & a new access road.

This development has already been rejected by Liverpool City Council in December 2017.  The highways agency & The chief planning officer at LCC were in favour of this development.

This land is a scrap of land & shouldn't be used for development.  The developers that build the houses directly behind this land didn't utilise it due to flooding issues & the huge water main that runs the full length of Oak Lane.

The amount of houses being built around the area is ridiculous, 160 houses on Melwood (LFC training ground), Norris Green, former Holly Lodge site, Eaton Road behind the playing fields.

These developments will saturate the area and will create an infrastructure that clearly will not cope.
