Limit Technology Use in Elementary Schools

We want to prevent adolescents from being cyberbullied. We believe that limiting children's technology use in elementary schools will result in them not being exposed to bullies from a young age. Therefore, by the time they are teens, cyberbullying will not be as big of an issue.
