Help make a safer environment in places all around

I just noticed in the big cities there's a lot of crime and because people who are associated with gangs do stuff that make the citizens want to move out and pretty soon if it continues the cities would be runned by gangs so we need to convince the us government to make are cities safer so that way people can be safe and be comfortable where they live.
