Most of us want to live healthier and longer lives. In order to do this we must fuel our bodies with good, healthful foods. To accomplish this we must pledge to:
— decrease our intake of saturated fats, sugar, and sodium
— increase our intake of fresh fruits and vegetables
— eat foods high in fiber, protein, antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats
— eat fewer processed foods, and more natural and organic foods
— avoid foods exposed to preservatives, antibiotics, hormones, and pesticides
Pledge to eat healthy, and live a happier and longer life!
